what happens if I take a job but something comes up and I can’t work that day ?

Please cancel your shift directly on the app as soon as possible or contact us at support@randstad.ca. This allows us to reassign the position to someone else and gives other applicants time to apply.

By informing us quickly, you help ensure that someone doesn't miss an opportunity. If we notice frequent cancellations, we may reach out to discuss the situation. Our goal is to support the success of all employees using the Randstad app.
