First time: If you do not attend a confirmed shift, your account may be suspended for 14 days until we are able to connect with you. (Exceptions can apply please reach out to support@randstad.ca)
Second time: According to the policy, there is a 14-day suspension for violating the rules. It is considered a serious offense for the Randstad app if you fail to send a follow-up email clearly stating this. Please be aware that repeated violations may lead to deactivation.(Exceptions can apply please reach out to support@randstad.ca)
Third time: Account deactivation.
If you choose to submit an appeal through our support system, we will review your record and take it into consideration when making a final decision (support@randstad.ca).

If we are unable to reach you through text or phone, we will temporarily suspend your account until you update your contact number in the system.
job confirmation failure.
First time: If you do not respond to the text, we will follow up with a call and another text. If we still don't receive a reply, we will remove you from the shift.
Second time: Account deactivation.
An email will be sent asking you to update your phone number.
