how do I get my T4?

Depending on your situation, there are two ways to access your documents:

1. You worked exclusively through the Randstad app
Your forms will be available directly in the app. To retrieve them:

• Go to your Profile.

• Click on the Download tax documents tab.

• A ZIP file containing forms will be downloaded automatically.

2. You worked through the App AND a Branch
If you have worked hours through both the app and a branch, your documents may be grouped together and unavailable on the app.

*Important: For security and privacy reasons, no T4 or RL-1 forms will be sent by fax or email.
